In addition to being CMCA and AMS certified, our team of managers is led by a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest level of professional certification available to Property Managers. Ron manages all day to day activities at Maine Properties LLC. “My role is to grow Maine Properties LLC without losing sight that there are individual people living in every unit we manage”. “We are trusted to manage for most people is their most important asset, their home”.

Ron has worked for Maine Properties and its related entities since 2004. He has consulted on many condominium renovations projects and provides valuable insight into managing major construction projects from concept to completion.

Pete has overseen Maine Properties Management Services since 1997. During this time Maine Properties has grown to be one of Maine’s premier Condominium Management firms. He is passionate about providing excellent property management through education. Pete previously served on the Community Associations Institute of New England Board of Directors for 6 years and was Chapter President in 2013. His years of experience are invaluable to associations dealing with insurance claims, construction projects, legal issues, borrowing needs and day to day operations of a well run association.
